Easy Return Pass
- Easy Return Pass ensures the first return of the applicable order will be free of charge. Without Easy Return Pass, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee for the return of your order.
- Easy Return Pass only covers the first return request of the applicable order. Subsequent return requests will require you to pay the return shipping fee.
- When adding Easy Return Pass to an order, it is only applicable to that order and will not be valid for future or past orders.
- Once the items in your order are received, the Easy Return Pass fee cannot be refunded.
- If you choose to cancel the entire order or if the entire package is lost, the Easy Return Pass fee will be refunded along with other applicable costs.
